We’re looking for an experienced and detail oriented Payer Enrollment Specialist to perform and oversee all payer enrollment activities for our specialists, including radiologists, cardiologists, and optometrists. You will be responsible for working with our primary care clients to determine the appropriate enrollment pathways for commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers and execute enrollment for each of our specialists under the TIN of our customer. Qualified candidates for this role will have 3+ years of payer enrollment experience with a preference for candidates with who have previously worked in the primary care space.
Responsibilities:
- Complete payer enrollment applications on behalf of our primary care group clients for each of our specialists across all payer types: commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
- Input, update and maintain CAQH profile for Imagen specialists
- Establish and refine our process of gathering relevant payer and provider information to enable efficient and timely payer enrollment
- Interface with our clients to complete payer enrollment consistent with client needs and processes.
- Interface with carriers to gather pertinent information regarding our services, e.g. site-location and service eligibility, and resolve issues related to provider participation (network closure, specialty criteria, any caveats discovered)
- Provide consistent updates to internal stakeholders regarding the status of payer enrollment and overall project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years credentialing/payer enrollment field
- Organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues effectively and simultaneously
Our headquarters are based in New York, NY and this job is conducted remotely.Â
The base salary for the position is between $60,000 - $80,000, plus equity, commission and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
