BEHOLD! Caesars Sportsbook, America's leading sports book provider, has an immediate opening for a Payments & Fraud Manager. The manager will work with our internal teams - Digital Operations, Marketing, Product and support functions - as well as external payment suppliers - to grow customer deposits, whilst monitoring and minimizing levels of fraud.
What You Will Do:
  • Work with internal Business Intelligence teams and external providers to set up appropriate monitoring tools to drive deposit and withdrawal optimization
  • Monitor payments routing to satisfy business and commercial obligations, analyze decline rates, customize error messages, and assist with the troubleshooting of technical issues
  • Develop and implement risk management procedures to minimize levels of fraudulent activity and communicate with banks and processors to respond to identified cases of fraud
  • Communicate with Customer Support for payments queries and improved Customer Help/FAQ pages
  • Regularly review competitor activity and work with Product Management to prioritize improved customer features and user experience on all desktop and mobile products
  • Build and implement operational processes which ensure compliance with all payment and fraud regulations and demonstrate a commitment to responsible gambling through close collaboration with our Compliance, AML and Legal teams
  • Establish internal reporting for payments and fraud performance and present to senior management. Investigate and analyze new/emerging trends and issues
  • Promote a positive image for William Hill within the industry and community

What You Will Need:
  • 3+ years of experience in payments/fraud in an e-commerce environment. Experience in digital gaming or gambling an advantage
  • Strong data analysis skills and Excel experience at a high level required
  • Ability to problem solve and implement solutions quickly, often coordinating multiple teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, operational, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience of working in a highly regulated industry
  • Experience of launching and managing a successful payments and fraud operation as part of a digital organization would be an advantage

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods of time
  • Regular attendance in the office
