Main Purpose of the Role: We are looking for a Payroll & Administrative Specialist for a temporary project to perform several personnel-related payroll and administrative tasks. You will support the HR department in a variety of duties.

The Payroll & Administrative Specialist operates as the point person for processing changes performing day to day activities related to multiple areas (Employee Life Cycle, Labor Legal relations, Work Medicine, Payroll, Time & Attendance and general administrative work) for the organization. Provide appropriate support for internal customers. Delivers accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Perform general administration within the HR team for all defined processes, tools and programs and processes:
  • Experience in Payroll and Time & Attendance Management
  • Update employee’s personal information into payroll database.
  • Be a contact person for the HR community and relevant stakeholders regarding the respective HR administrative issues and legal labor relations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR procedures, processes and systems and respective documentation

Qualificações

Key skills

  • Experience at least of 5 years in Payroll, Time & Attendance Management and administrative tasks (mainly Legal Labor Relations);
  • Ability to quickly become a proficient user of the company systems;
  • Maintains a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems;
  • Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience;
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication;
  • Fluent in English (mandatory);
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office applications.
