What You Will Do

Main Task:

• Calculation and analyze termination payments,
• Provide support to HR Specialist and Social Security Specialist:
• Keep track of all payroll payments ( minimal control of payroll, social security quotes, tax, severance, others related to payroll process)
• Fill reports all related to payroll process)
• Control of disabilities documentation
• Support in internal and external audits
• Support in Accounting Policy.

Who You Are

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a generalist of Payroll and Social Security; with experience in calculation of severance payment; Social Security, Local Taxes, audit issues; and Accountant.
• English - Basic
• Proactive
• Knowledge SAP
