We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA Payroll team based in Bucharest.
What you'll do
- Process EMEA regional monthly / Ac-hoc payrolls including equity transactions through 3rd party vendor, in an outsource arrangement on timely and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure payroll is processed according to company policy and country specific global and local statutory requirements
- Prepare tax reports in partnership with Treasury and statutory
- Provide day to day operation supports and answer to employee queries within SLA by business.
- Maintained proper payroll documentation on each process steps.
- Drive process improvements and lead exciting transformation projects to achieve scalability, efficiency, and productivity.
- Assist the supervisor/manager with gathering and responding to raised issues, policies, and procedures from government agencies, payroll functions, and the operating companies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Generally, requires (7+) years with EMEA regional payroll experience
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Payroll processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance requirements.
