The role

Lead, coordinate, and supervise the work activities of staff. Set the organization's pay and benefits structure. Monitor competitive wage rates to develop or modify compensation plans.

Work in partnership with site leadership, P&C Thailand, Finance & Account, and Global P&C to deliver accurately and timely data and report.

What we are looking for

We are looking for the talent who strong in the data analysis, provide accurately and timely processing of employee payroll payment, managing regulatory requirement & compliance for Thailand Manufacturing. Management payroll for 1600 employees, 2 direct reports (P&C CB Advisor, P&C – CB associate).

At least 7 years’ experience as Compensation & Benefit operational and strategic partner in Manufacturing environment. Experience in working for an English speaking in multinational organizational.

Finally, while a certain level of aptitude is important to us, the right attitude is crucial.
