Position Overview:
The Payroll Coordinator ensures timely, accurate, and expedient payroll processing.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations:
- Process accurate Payroll; submit weekly Payroll to Finance Department.
- Work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Problem solve situations that require additional care.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of client records according to policy and procedures.
- Knowledge of computer data entry systems, protocols, and procedures.
- Communicate effectively, both oral and written, with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Perform other related duties and projects, as assigned.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Access).
- Previous 10-key data entry experience; test will be given at time of interview.
- Superb customer service and phone etiquette skills.
- Must be extremely organized and possess strong analytical and overall personnel management skills, as they will work closely with department managers.
- Requires strong quantitative, statistical, and analytical skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
