Payroll Leader

Czech Payroll Manager

We seek a passionate and knowledgeable Czech Payroll Lead with strong payroll process understanding. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, fluent in Czech and English, and comfortable in a multinational, partially remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily payroll activities with external provider KPMG.
• Support internal payroll team and employees in Usti nad Labem location.
• Develop and implement payroll changes with EMEA Payroll Manager, Project Team, and HR.
• Resolve payroll issues and escalations.

Requirements:

• Solid Czech payroll knowledge and relevant experience.
• Fluent in Czech and English.
• Knowledge of OKBase payroll solution is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely, learn quickly, and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong Excel skills (vlookup & PIVOT).
• Team player.
