About the Role
- Responsible for the processing of bi-weekly payrolls for 400+ employees using Zenefits according to pre-established deadlines and a monthly commission/bonus payroll
- Address employee questions on payroll related issues.
- Maintain accurate payroll records within the payroll system.
- Review and verify data sources.
- Responsible for compliance with internal and external payroll policy and procedures.
- Support and collaborate with Benefits, HRIS, Human Resources and Accounting teams on payroll, benefit deductions and account reconciliation issues.
- Register and set-up various state and local payroll and related withholding accounts and respond to notices received.
- Record manual checks within payroll system for various external compensation programs such as incentives, rewards, stock transactions, etc.
- Assist in payroll analysis reports/variance reports and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
- Support and participate in evaluation of payroll systems and any upgrades/migrations.
- Assist with other responsibilities and projects, as needed.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree
- CPP preferred
- 3-5 years of hands-on payroll experience of multi-state US payroll for 400+ employees
- Significant understanding of payroll processing for both exempt and non-exempt employees
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
- Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills
- Possess a teamwork orientation and also be able to work independently

- Competitive compensation: $105K - $135K
