Seeking a dynamic individual to handle all aspects payroll processing for growing retail floral company. Responsibilities include but arenot limitedto:

• Supervision and coordination of a multistate, bi-weekly payroll for approximately 5000 employees, using ADP Enterprise 6, ADP Workforce Manager, ADP Reporting, Smart Compliance.
• Ensure that all processes are executed appropriately, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Ensure payroll meets SOX compliance requirements.
• Full knowledge of current Federal, State, and Local labor laws, tax requirements and payroll regulations.
• Administration of employee garnishments and knowledge of 401K administration.
• Responsible for reconciling and auditing payroll data.
• Assist in year-end payroll preparation and reconciliation.
• Assist Payroll Manager in implementations, special projects, and issues.
• Heavy data processing during peak season

Individual must be detail oriented, able to work with minimal amount of supervision, provide excellent customer service and be willing to work in a high volume and fast paced environment.

The expected salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
