Payroll Specialist

CO Salary Range: USD 28.00 per hour

Payroll Specialist, Downtown Denver
Pay: Up to $28/hr
Industry: Hospitality
Hybrid in-office/work from home schedule

Daily Duties:

• Process payroll files for up to 20 locations nationwide
• Partner with HR and Finance contacts to ensure all payroll data is accurately processed
• Research and respond to payroll related inquiries
• Issue requested instant checks in conjunction with Accounts Payable requests
• Research and correct PTO discrepancies
• Research and correct tax setups from agencies and employees
• Submit Bureau of Labor statistics

• 2+ years of high-volume, multi state payroll processing
• Experience with Ultipro software preferred
• Degree in HR or Accounting preferred
