Description and Requirements

The position of Leader, Coordinator and Supervisor for both Industrial Engineers (IE) and Process Engineers (PE) is critical for our operations.

This role is pivotal in managing and supervising essential projects that directly impact our efficiency and Quality metrics (TPY) performance and coordinates Process Engineers, Industrial Engineers, Process Technicians, Industrial Technicians, Line Trainers and Process Certifiers (Trainers).

The responsibilities also include:

Leadership and Coordination: Daily meetings with leaders and teams to ensure project alignment and timely follow-ups. Local and Global coordination to ensure successful project implementation.

Oversight of key projects such as:

• Water Cooling Implementation Project
• Monaco & Monza Project
• Monaco & Monza New line
• Re-balancing Process
• Marina Bay New Line
• Re-Engineering Layout Project
• Capacity Calculation Improvements
• ESOP Project
• 12 Digital Solutions Involvement
• Training Room Follow-Up
• Innovation Room Coordination and Projects Follow-Up
• McKinsey/Lighthouse activities followed up.
