Marshfield Medical Center Overview: Our Marshfield locations bring a wide variety of specialties, including comprehensive cancer care. Patients have direct access to specialists within Marshfield Medical Center and across the health system. We offer full residency programs along with fellowship opportunities. Marshfield Children's Hospital:
Our 56-bed Children's Hospital is Central Wisconsin's only accredited pediatric hospital, and one of only four in Wisconsin. It is equipped with the latest technology, more than 40 pediatric specialties, and board-certified pediatric hospitalists, intensivists, and neonatologists. Certified child life specialists ensure children receive the emotional support they may need to cope with their treatment during their hospital stay. The hospital has a 24-bed level 3 NICU with 24/7 neonatology support and a normal newborn nursery; an 8-bed PICU with 24/7 pediatric intensivist support including sedation services; 26-bed pediatric acute beds including 8 bed Heme-Onc positive pressure rooms and 24/7 pediatric hospitalist support. Marshfield Children’s is an ACS Verified Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Program and a member of the Children’s Oncology Group (COG).

You will join a great group of Pediatric Subspecialists, Pediatric Hospitalists, Intensivists, and Neonatologists, all located onsite in Marshfield along with our Children's Hospital. This is mostly an outpatient practice evaluating and managing infants, children, and adolescents that have a variety of hormonal disorders, with a focus on type 1 diabetes, obesity, short stature, gender dysphoria, and other Endocrine related issues. Limited inpatient and ER consults during the clinic day. Low call volume that is shared among the providers, with much support from the inpatient providers. Opportunity to supervise and teach our Pediatric residents, along with medical students that rotate throughout the division.

Requirements:

• BC/BE Pediatric Endocrinologist
• Wisconsin License and DEA prior to start date
• Open to H1B Visa and J1 Visa
