Pediatric Hospitalist on Texas Coast | Leadership Role | 40k Onboarding Package

An expanding non-profit hospital is seeking an experienced Pediatric Hospitalist to join their established team of 9 physicians and to be their Medical Director. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking leadership and teaching opportunities.

Previous leadership experience/medical directorship experience is required for this role.

The Opportunity:
• 7:00 am - 7:00 pm shifts with an average of 12-15 shifts a month
• 10-15 patients per hospitalist team
• Protected time for Medical Directorship responsibilities
• Teaching and night shift differentials available if desired
• $300,000 Earning Potential - $250,000 Base Salary for 13 shifts with additional productivity bonuses, Medical Directorship stipend, and up to a $25,000 annual quality bonus
• $40,000 Recruitment Bonus - includes sign-on bonus and relocation
• Comprehensive Benefits Package including medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement plans, malpractice insurance coverage, and CME time off and allowance
