The Opportunity
•  Schedule: Weekly block schedule, 12-hour shifts, 14 shifts per month
•  Role: Provide comprehensive care in a Family Birthing Center with a Level II nursery
•  Patient Census: Average of 8 babies per day
•  Teaching: Collaborate with medical students during their one-month rotations
•  Procedures: Active involvement in delivery room care and neonatal procedures
