  • 100% outpatient practice with no call responsibilities
  • Flexible schedule: Choose 3 - 5 days per week, Monday - Friday
  • Standard office hours 8 am - 5 pm with excellent work-life balance
  • Join established team with 2 nurse practitioners and a physician assistant
  • Manageable daily patient volume of 20 - 30 patients
