This award-winning Critical Access hospital with state-of-the-art facilities is looking for a pediatrician to join their outpatient clinic. Position Highlights:

•  4-day work week and flexible shared newborn rounding with seven providers

Compensation Details:
•  Ongoing, guaranteed base salary plus a production bonus with total compensation $300,000+
•  Recruiting incentives include $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation, student loan repayment, and a residency/fellowship stipend
•  6+ weeks of PTO plus sick leave
•  Full, executive level benefits including both a 403b and 457 retirement programs
