1. Location- Noida / Chennai/ Pune
2. Experience- 8 - 10 years
3. Certification - Must be CSSA/ LSA Part 1 or above certified

Responsibilities

1. Must be capable to provide inputs in proposal of development
2. Should be able to give the proposal of application performance improvement and able to implement
3. Must have at least 8 years of Pega experience
4. Should be able to do the estimation of large scale program
5. Must be capable in design and development of PEGA applications
6. Must collaborate with business stakeholders/customer to understand requirements and develop solutions
7. Must Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to PEGA best practices
8. Must provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Pega developers and Tech Leads
9. Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
10. Continuously explore new Pega features, tools, and technologies to enhance solution delivery.
11. Lead the PEGA upgrade programs
12. Lead the configurations and deployments
13. Contribute to the internal capability-building

Qualifications

B.E./ B.Tech or MCA
