- Provide outsanding HR support to our employees, managers, and Global People and Culture Advisory PartnersÂ
- Manage and upgrade our HR systems, processes, and documentationÂ
- Deliver the finest onboarding, offboarding, and other employment cycle processesÂ
- Become our brand ambassador and enhance our brand value by hosting visitor groups, introducing newcomers to our organizational culture and moreÂ
- Contribute to our global People and Culture community activitiesÂ
- Join one of the market leading companies in Estonia, influence our culture, and take part in creating an engaging environmentÂ
- Lead exciting People and Culture and welfare projects that excite you, i.e., employee surveys, implementing new tools, office and sports events, supporting employees' initiatives and moreÂ
