CodeNinja is looking for a passionate and dedicated People Experience Associate to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the employee experience across the organization, ensuring that our team members feel valued, engaged, and supported. As a People Experience Associate, you will work closely with HR and management to implement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and support employee development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support onboarding processes and facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to promote continuous learning within the organization.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Help mediate employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases to ensure accurate information.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of company events and activities to promote team collaboration and morale.
  • Stay current with HR trends and best practices to recommend improvements to the people experience strategy.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, employee engagement, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for improving the employee experience.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws is a plus.
