The People Experience Coordinator is responsible for overall People Experience Team functional support while ensuring a high level of both internal and external customer satisfaction. In this role, you will support the full spectrum of People functions from onboarding to special projects with partner teams.
This role will be based in our Atlanta, GA, office and will begin as in-office 5 days per week for the rest of the year. From 2025 this role will shift to in-office 3 days per week to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do:
Employee Relations Support
- Support local People Experience Partner (HRBP) in ER documentation preparation.
- Conduct workplace investigations as designated by the People Experience Partner (PXP).
- Log and record details of ADA accommodation requests.
- Support PXP throughout the interactive process for ADA accommodation requests, through working closely with team members to understand their needs and ensure legal compliance.
Administration
- Provide administrative and operational support to the People Experience Team and our employees by tracking pending time off requests, completionof mandated training, and annual staff handbook acknowledgements.
- Collaborate with IT, Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure all new hires receive appropriate onboarding and offboarding communications and documents.
HRIS Maintenance
- Manage and maintain UKG by ensuring accurate data input of employeeinformation,organizing employee files, and manage People Experience Team support tickets in UKG.
- Manage collection of I-9 documents for new hires in UKG.
HRBP Support
- Initiate background check process for all new hires.
- Complete employment verifications.
- Complete unemployment insurance requests.
- Coordinate offboarding with IT and HRBPs.
Operations
- Process all Procurement requests for purchasing services with vendors.
- Be the primary contact for all invoice activity for the People Experience Team.
What You've Done:
- Associates/bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ year of demonstratedexperience working with or supporting People/HR/Operations (experience in a growth stage start-up preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work as part of a global matrixed team while also being comfortable as a self-starter.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
- Sound judgment and analytical thinker who knows when to escalate issues appropriately.
- Process driven and always looking to make improvements.
- Able to demonstrate knowledge and strong understanding of HR Information Systems, Microsoft Office (UKG experience preferred).
