What you need to know about this position:
Apoyo en el proceso de cierre de pago semanal y mensual para todo el personal de Perú.

• Apoyo en administración de Sistema de Control de Horas y Comsoft que se manejan en Planta.
• Apoyo en el control de renovaciones - Legislación laboral para toda la población de Perú.
• Apoyo en control de vacaciones - para población de planta y administrativa y apoyo en la administración del sistema de vacaciones.
• Seguimiento a procesos de movimientos laterales/promociones/ceses - Legislación laboral.
• Apoyo en promover la cultura Self Service en la región y en plan de educación en la población de Planta.
• Apoyo en el desarrollo de proyectos de mejora de nuestros procesos y sistemas - CI mindset. Ideas de automatización (Power Platform) / armado de reportes Power BI / Uso de Power Apps.
• Actualización de reportes BI mensuales administrados por el área.
