The People Experience Lead will be responsible for overseeing a team of People Experience Partners across Americas, providing them with guidance and development to deliver high-quality HR support. Reporting to the Americas People Services Director, this role partners closely with HR teams—including HRBPs, HRBLs, and Heads of HR—to support the execution of HR strategy.. As part of the People Services leadership team, this role will actively seek opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes, transitioning more transactional and operational tasks to the Hub.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the People Experience Partners, building their capacity to deliver effective HR support and act as trusted resources within their respective markets.
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment where People Experience Partners can proactively address HR needs in partnership with market HR teams.
  • Work hand-in-hand with HR colleagues to support the delivery of strategic HR priorities by providing high-quality operational support, guidance, and best practices across markets.
  • Act as a liaison between HR teams and People Services to facilitate the execution of HR strategies and ensure they are tailored to meet local needs and compliance.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to transfer transactional HR tasks to the Hub, allowing local HR teams to focus on higher-value, strategic activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement within People Experience processes, striving for increased efficiency, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex employee relations issues and provide expert coaching to the People Experience Partners on performance, disciplinary actions, and compliance.
  • Ensure that all ER activities are managed in alignment with local regulations and company standards and provide practical support to market HR teams.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data, using analytics to identify trends and guide decision-making that improves HR processes and supports the overall employee experience.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to HR leaders, leveraging data to help shape actions that drive employee engagement and reinforce business priorities.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Portuguese preferred
  • At least 8 years of experience as HRBP and 3+ years leading HR Operations.
  • Skilled at building collaborative relationships with HR partners across markets
  • Proficiency in identifying and implementing process efficiencies.
  • Expertise in coaching and developing team members.
  • Capability to leverage analytics to inform decision-making and support HR process improvements.
