People Operations and Talent Acquisition

Duetto is looking for a People Operations and Talent Acquisition who will be responsible for assisting in various areas of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, a strong problem-solver, have strong personal skills, be self-motivated, take initiative, and have the ability to work independently. The position requires excellent collaborative and communication skills.

Job Duties

• Onboards new hires by entering relevant information in appropriate systems (Greenhouse, ADP, HiBob, Navia)
• Manages Benefits and related Invoices and Billing as part of the People Team
• Assists with global off-boarding of employees by managing all relevant termination paperwork.
• Maintains employee files and collaborates with payroll team to provide them with accurate employee data each pay period.
• Accurately funds employee HSA and FSA semi-monthly.
• Assists with recruitment logistics, including interview scheduling and answering candidate questions.
• Flexible and Willing to Perform Other Tasks as Assigned
• Contributes to Human Resources and Talent Acquisition initiatives and programs that impact the broader organization via administrative tasks or simple project management such as Performance Management, Levels, Onboarding, Total Rewards, Manager Training, and Reporting/Analytics.
• Manages human resource functions, from recruiting to compensation, ensuring employee growth, satisfaction, and alignment with business goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience working in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. 
• Experience in a global company. 
• Prioritize operational compliance.
• Experience with HiBob, ADP, and payroll system implementation is a plus.
• BS/BA degree preferred.
