What you’ll do
  • Develop, manage, and scale our people operations programs for performance management, retention, engagement and workforce strategy.
  • Oversee a team of researchers and recruiters, drive recruiting process and analytics.
  • Drive employee engagement and build culture by creating and implementing programs to increase employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee the communication of HR policies.
  • Manage benefits and stay informed on US, UK and Canada employment laws.
  • Support employees relocation between countries providing a smooth experience.
  • Act as an advocate for employees to ensure that employee perspectives are heard and considered.
  • Create a friendly and engaging workplace for remote employees



What would set you up for success
  • 6+ years work experience.
  • Strong HR functional expertise and proven track record of building high-quality programs in all core areas.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design and implement people strategy that drives business results.
  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and other HR-related technologies (Rippling, Lever, Gem).
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
