PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management Business Analyst Location:Austin, TX (LOCAL ONLY – 1 day onsite, Wednesdays; 4 days remote) Interview Mode:Phone & Microsoft Teams We’re looking for a highly skilledBusiness Analystwith deep experience inPeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management, particularly instate government asset management business processes. The ideal candidate will be adept at gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and leading end-to-end business process testing with third-party systems. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve business processes or automate systems • Perform cost/benefit analysis of solutions • Conduct formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations • Review system specs and scheduling limitations • Support documentation, training, and additional project tasks Minimum Qualifications: • 8+ years as a Business Analyst in PeopleSoft FSCM (implementation/upgrade) • 8+ years with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management • Experience in integration testing, MS O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), MS Teams • Strong communication skills; ability to collaborate with large teams Preferred: • Experience with public sector (State/Federal/Local) • Familiarity with CPA CAPPS Financials, PeopleSoft GL & Commitment Control • SharePoint, Jira, Scrum exposure Work Hours:Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM CT Job Type: Contract Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour Work Location: In person
