PeopleSoft Payroll Senior Developer

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for PeopleSoft Payroll hosted in OCI, ensuring its smooth operation and resolving any issues or bugs that arise.
• Collaborate with end-users, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes related to Payroll.
• Design, develop, and implement enhancements or customizations to the PeopleSoft Payroll system based on business requirements, considering the OCI environment.
• Create, modify, and maintain PeopleSoft Payroll reports using BI Publisher, utilizing its features for generating and managing reports effectively.
• Utilize PeopleTools to extract, transform, and load data for report generation and analysis.
• Perform system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features, enhancements, or updates to the Payroll system hosted in OCI.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and propose and implement appropriate solutions, considering the OCI environment.
• Monitor system performance in OCI and proactively identify areas for improvement, such as system optimizations or process automation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, including training, documentation, and best practices, considering the OCI environment.
