Per Diem Pharmacist - New York, NY

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Location: Bronx, New York, NY (with potential travel across the five boroughs) Schedule: • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM • Saturday: 10:00 AM 5:00 PM • Sunday: Closed Responsibilities: • Manage billing and reimbursement processes using MicroMerchant • Verify prescriptions thoroughly for accuracy and compliance • Provide professional pharmaceutical services in a retail setting • Support pharmacy operations beyond basic dispensing duties Qualifications: • Valid New York State Pharmacist License in good standing • Recent experience in independent retail pharmacies (no large chain/big box experience) • Proficiency with MicroMerchant software required • Ability to work any day from Monday through Saturday • Local candidates preferred due to travel requirements among multiple store locations This contract offers ongoing assignments with the potential to evolve into a more permanent opportunity for highly motivated and capable individuals.
