About the Role As a Per Diem Pharmacist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders to patients. Your responsibilities will include: • Learn our systems thoroughly, managing both internal and external pharmacy operations • Be a team player, handling various aspects of prescription orders such as processing, filling, inventory, and customer inquiries • Communicate well with doctors' offices, pharmacies, and insurers to meet prescription needs. • Collaborate with pharmacy colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience in a dynamic workflow and work with our courier team to handle deliveries efficiently • Provide counseling and drug-related information to customers for both prescription and over-the-counter items Requirements • You have 1-2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience, including prescription processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries • You hold a valid Pharmacist License in the State of employment • You are ready to work as required to provide coverage for any unplanned absences, days off, or scheduled time off • You understand how to create a great customer experience and can analyze and improve pharmacy processes • You must be able to pass a background check and drug test as a requirement of employment What We Offer • Competitive compensation, commensurate with qualifications and experience • Based on the hours you work, you could qualify for our full range of benefits, medical, dental, and vision coverage—all designed to support your health and well-being. • Part-time and full-time team members can join our 401(k) after 30 days with us • The opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in healthcare and technology • The opportunity to execute on a high-impact mission, to build a pharmacy that works for everyone, within a $425 billion pharmacy industry touching 70% of Americans once a month Capsule is committed to hiring the best team possible to build a pharmacy that works for everyone.
