Per Diem RN- Flu Vaccine-Manhattan

Overview The VNS HEALTH Flu Project Vaccinator will be responsible for administering influenza vaccines to clients in various workplace settings. This role ensures safe and efficient delivery of immunizations while maintaining patient confidentiality and providing exceptional care and customer service. What We Provide • Personal and financial wellness programs • Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement • Internal mobility and advancement opportunities What You Will Do • Administer flu vaccines safely and accurately. • Screen patients for eligibility and contraindications. • Provide vaccine information and answer patient questions. • Document vaccinations per protocol. • Maintain infection control and proper handling of supplies. • Support setup and breakdown of vaccination sites. Qualifications • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State • Previous experience administering intramuscular injections preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Flexible schedule, 1-2 days per week (M-F /4 hours perday) • Valid driver's license or NYS Non-Driver photo ID card may be required Pay Range USD $112,209.00 - USD $138,409.00 /Yr.
