Job Description: Our Per Diem RNs provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a variety of acute care settings. This is anas-neededrole that requires flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the hospital environment. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring positive patient outcomes. Compensation: • Pay Rate:$60 - $90 per hour, depending on the department and specialty. Schedule: • This is a per diem, as-needed role. • 12-hour shiftsare available for all schedules: Days, Evenings, and Nights. Requirements: • Current and active NY State Registered Nurse (RN) license. • BSN required • Minimum of 2- 3 years of recent experience in a relevant hospital setting unit. • Relevant certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) may be required based on the department. • Floating experience • Exceptional clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills. • Flexibility and reliability are essential for this role.
