We are seeking a skilled back-end developer to join our IBM Software team. As part of our team you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software products working with a variety of technologies and programming languages.

Your Role and Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Performance Architect to join the IBM webMethods Performance team. Responsibilities will include:

• Develop a complete understanding of webmethod products and technology
• Participate in architecture reviews and provide recommendations to improve performance
• Design develop and execute test plans to identify performance bottlenecks
• Define telemetry to understand the performance of the system
• Collect and analyze data to improve system performance
• Assist complex performance debug activities
• Excellent problem solving and fixing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be highly organized and self-motivated
• Must be a strong individual contributor

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong working knowledge with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Solid understanding and experience on enterprise architecture
• Strong working knowledge on performance tools like LoadRunner
• Experience in system performance modeling
• Experience with Application performance monitoring tools
• Strong working knowledge with Kubernetes

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• AWS / Azure certification is a plus
