This position strives to provide analytical solution that help improve commercial operation of the team. Jobstreet Express, a part of Jobstreet by SEEK, is a leading job search platform in Indonesia specializing in semi-skilled roles. Since its launch in October 2022, Jobstreet Express has partnered with thousands of companies across major cities, including Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Bandung, Cirebon, Surabaya, Semarang, Malang, and other cities in Indonesia. Currently, the platform features thousands of active job ads. With its streamlined recruitment process, Jobstreet Express enables job seekers to apply for various vacancies quickly, safely, and free of charge, all through a single portal. 

Job Description

• Measure, monitor, track, and report growth targets
• Design, build and maintain dashboards to supervise performance and projects
• Responsible for conducting structured data analysis independently, from requirement gathering, explore data availability, deriving actionable insights and formulate recommendation that can improve commercial funnels
• Understand sophisticated business process and find solution and propose optimisation plan
• Have a critical lens to root cause of business issues, identify levers through data analytic methodology (eg. A/B testing, cohort analysis) and derive insights that help ideation of resolution
• Build relationships with collaborators and serve as a trusted analytics partner to the business
• Produce quality work with minimum supervision and able to meet deadline
• Support ideation and development of value propositions that attracts customers to use JobStreet Express, which includes an in-depth understanding of the industry, market research, competitor trends, market requirements and penetration strategies
• Ideate, size and support execution of strategies across the customer lifecycle, i.e. acquisition, retention, upsell and win-back to achieve growth in focused segments
• Build business models to identify, assess and build support for revenue opportunities

Qualifications

• At least 4 years combined working experience in analytics and strategy/ project management roles
• Strong SQL skills, experience working in large scale and sophisticated dataset
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Points, data visualisation tools (eg. Microsoft Power BI/ Tableau/ Databricks), along with experience extracting data from data warehouse (eg. AWS/ Google suite)
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to connect with diverse collaborators
• Experience with Python and/or Web Analytics (eg. Google Analytics, Omniture, A/B testing) will be huge added advantage
• Proven skills to apply analytics, maths and statistic to derive insights (eg. A/B testing, cohort analysis) in previous work experience
• Proficient in gathering requirements, formulating, and completing end-to-end analytical work to present insights to customers across different levels and functions.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to understand complex business process and find solution to simplify
