We are adding to the global Growth Marketing team at Smartly.io and are looking for a passionate marketing professional to join us!

This an exciting opportunity to expand our paid media efforts with a digilant focus on attracting the right leads and bringing leads down funnel to opportunity, and ultimately to revenue. You will own our LinkedIn advertising, as well as publisher ad buys and B2B lead gen buys. You’ll also be a key member of the paid team in providing recommendations on new channels or vendors to test. Your keen understanding of paid media channels to your deep passion for always optimizing and measuring performance will lead you to great success. 

Smartly.io is a hybrid first company and the expectation for this role is that you will work from the office 2 days a week.

As the Performance Marketing Manager (B2B) at Smartly.io you will…
  • Oversee our social media, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, and direct publisher paid media strategy to drive leads and sales pipeline with controlled cost per acquisition
  • Build a global campaign strategy across key markets in the US, EMEA and APAC aimed at delivering leads, with a keen focus how to customize depending on the market 
  • Design and continuously update a reporting system to track performance both at individual campaign engagement, as well as MQL and lower funnel SAL performance
  • Develop benchmarks and create daily, weekly and monthly reporting for various stakeholders including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rates (CVR), cost per lead, and total number of MQLs and lower funnel SALs and ROI 
  • Partner closely with head of Paid Search to build cross-channel campaign reporting and pacing towards KPIs 
  • Manage budget allocation and optimization, ensuring efficient spending across different campaigns and channels
  • Design an A/B testing strategy and have a “test and learn” philosophy towards your paid media strategy 
  • Monitor trends, tools, opportunities, and Smartly’s competitors in paid media environments to proactively make recommendations on new channels or tactics to test 
  • Manage internal relationships, campaign briefs and partner with internal creative and content teams to deliver high performing advertising assets 
  • Continuously identify growth opportunities, new channels to test as well as channel optimizations to improve overall campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the SDR team to gather insights into lead quality and assist in lead scoring refinement
We are looking for...
  • 5+ years of Experience in a Marketing role, 3+ years of Experience in a Digital Paid Media role
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or Digital Advertising: Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company or digital advertising agencies, preferred 
  • Proven experience in LinkedIn ads and publisher ad buys 
  • Data-driven person who wants to dig into the numbers, find patterns and pathways for optimizations 
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with the ability to effectively analyze and manipulate data
  • Strong hunger and desire to test and learn and try new formats and tactics in a controlled environment to test and learn what’s working 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of ABM paid media buying tactics, is a plus
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, Bizible, Improvado) is a plus
  • Someone able to come into the office 2 days a week

The base pay range for this position is as mentioned below per year, plus annual bonus. We take into consideration an individual’s background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary. In addition to annual salary, Smartly.io’s total rewards provide employees with stock options, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings benefits, parental leave, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, life insurance and disability benefits.
