The Performance Testing Specialist is a strong partner to our customers, guiding their teams on testing Performance delivery best practices. Internally, you will also be responsible for collaborating and contributing to the development of the Quality Engineering Center of Excellence, including Performance Testing Automation best practices, go-to-market approach, and overall client engagement best practices.

• Designing, building and managing Testlio’s Performance Test Automation Services.
• Analyzing the business requirements and understanding the non-functional requirements.
• Creating and maintaining the performance test plans with load and stress details.
• Creating reusable performance test automation scripts using scripting languages for web, mobile, and service calls (SOAP /REST).
• Building and maintaining performance and testing capacity solutions using third-party tools and custom tools.
• Identifying the parameters for performance testing and establish the checkpoints.
• Designing the workload models and executing the performance tests in different environments (lower and production).
• Simulating system behaviour to improve the performance and reliability of the application.
• Using consistent metrics for monitoring and identifying bottlenecks.
• Using your extensive performance experience to challenge, recommend, and partner with clients and internal teams to drive strategic performance Testing solutions. 
• Evaluating the application output, processing speed, data transfer velocity, network bandwidth usage, maximum concurrent users, memory usage, and workload efficiency.
• Preparing the performance test results analysis and sharing with stakeholders.
• Working closely with your peers on the Services Leadership team and cross-functional departments to continually identify opportunities to improve our customer experience.
• Collaborating with Testlio Product and Partner Ecosystem leaders to ensure aligned Testlio Platform capabilities, integrations, and alliances.

• Minimum five years of experience in technology consulting, including developing test performance solutions.
• Hands-on experience in test script creation in Java, Groovy script & JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience on Cloud platforms (BrowserStack/AWS/Azure/Headspin) and containers.
• Knowledge of Web protocols including HTTP & HTTPS.
• Hands-on experience in integrating performance test scripts with Cloud platform.
• Demonstrated experience with performance testing tools(Like - JMeter, LoadRunner, SilkTest, LoadView, Flood.io).
• Experience in collaborating with different stakeholders and developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• A fast learner who continuously expands their knowledge.
• Team player, socially open-minded, empathetic, and considerate of cultural differences.
• You have a positive can-do attitude and you are ready to accept new challenges.
• Natural problem solver with experience in conflict resolution.
