FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:

• Manages projects and their lifecycle as assigned.
• Primary focus will be construction projects to expand our Perioperative and Procedural operating space
• Will also assist with other special projects within the Perioperative and procedural portfolio

Responsibilities:

• Develops project scope, deliverables, and plan in alignment with project objectives.
• Manages project implementation to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timelines and costs.
• Identifies, secures, and coordinates the resources necessary for project success.
• Manages project team members. Serves as a mentor and facilitates conflict resolution.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare or Hospital Construction experience preferred
