Dialysis Registered Nurse Opening in San Deigo Great opportunity for a Registered Nurse with 6 months experience in dialysis. This is a career opportunity for a dialysis nurse looking to advance to nurse management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES YOU WILL LEARN: • Provide nursing care to in-center and home dialysis patients. • Responsible for Plan of Care, monitoring, administration, and documentation of medication administration. • Oversight of patient care technicians (including Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technicians, and CCHT’s in training. • Communication with the patient’s nephrologist. • Communication with other providers (SNF, Acute Care, Home Health) as required for the clinic’s patients. • Work with other members of the Inter-Disciplinary Team on a regular basis (Social Worker, Dietitian, Nephrologist, CCHT) • Upholds and supports company values in words and actions. BENEFITS: • Excellent Compensation and Benefits • Top compensation based on experience with frequent opportunities for reviews • Sanderling Dialysis of Ramona operates on the Alternate Work Week Schedule, shifts are 12 hours, 3 days a week, straight time, double time after 12 hours. • Schedules are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday day shifts with major holidays off. • Job Type: Full-time • Salary: From $50.00 per hour based on experience MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • California Registered Nurse (RN) required. • 6 months minimum experience in dialysis preferred. • Strong computer literacy and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required. • Must be a team player and deal in an environment with a flexible schedule. • Ability to interact with all levels of the interdisciplinary team. • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities. • Desire to grow and develop in the dialysis profession.
