Personal Assistant

Everlight Solar is seeking an Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, assisting in the planning and execution of company-wide events, and personal errand-based tasks. The role is full time and in-person. Looking for our "Devil Wears Prada" assistant!

This is a role for Apple power-users, must know iWork and be skilled with iOS and macOS.

Responsibilities:

• Clerical errands including mail drop-off
• Frequent personal errands
• Administrative tasks including emails and calendar management

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license, clean driving record and access to a reliable vehicle
• Must be 21+ years old
• High school graduate (3.0+ GPA)
• Experience in administrative tasks preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Good organizational skills
• Have a confident, positive personality
• Practice strong communication skills
• Must be able to lift 25+ pounds
• Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).

Salary: $50,000-$60,000/ year
