Job Title: Field Marketing Manager β Personal Injury
Location:Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex

Travel:Required (local travel for meetings, events, site visits)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and results-orientedField Marketing Managerto lead our personal injury outreach and referral initiatives. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships withpersonal injury attorneys,medical facilities (e.g., MRI centers, orthopedic groups), andhealthcare providersto drivereferrals to our rehabilitation and pain management clinics.
This is a field-based, relationship-heavy role ideal for someone with a strong network in the PI space, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a growing team of field representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Attorney & Provider Relationship Management
β’ Establish and nurture ongoing relationships with PI attorneys, paralegals, and case managers to generate steady referral volume.
β’ Act as the key point of contact for law firms regarding patient care coordination and feedback.
β’ Regularly visit attorney offices, drop off marketing materials, and maintain high visibility and trust within the PI legal community.
Medical Network Engagement
β’ Collaborate with diagnostic and specialty care providers (e.g., MRI centers, orthopedists, neurologists) to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity.
β’ Identify and onboard new provider partners to support expanded treatment options for referred patients.
Event & Field Marketing
β’ Plan and attendhappy hours, networking events, lunch-and-learns, and conferencesto grow and strengthen relationships.
β’ Organize and host relationship-building events for attorneys and healthcare partners.
Team Leadership
β’ Recruit, train, and manage a team of field marketers or liaisons.
β’ Set team goals, track performance, and provide coaching and support.
β’ Ensure all team members represent the brand professionally and ethically in the field.
Referral Management & Reporting
β’ Monitor referral patterns and identify opportunities to increase volume and retention.
β’ Use CRM tools or spreadsheets to track visits, contacts, and referral outcomes.
β’ Provide regular reporting on field activity, pipeline growth, and marketing ROI.
Qualifications:
β’ 3β5+ years of experience in field marketing, physician liaison, or business development in personal injury
β’ Established network of personal injury attorneys and medical providers strongly preferred.
β’ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
β’ Self-motivated, outgoing, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
β’ Ability to travel locally daily to meet clients, attend events, and support your team.
β’ Prior team management experience is a plus.
