About the Role:

The Peter’s Machine Operator (PMO) is responsible for providing support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the department. You will add value to the role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Operation and adjustment of the Peter’s Machine
• Inform Supervisor or any other Management personnel of ANY Food Safety or Quality issues or of any processes which become noncompliant with specified requirements
• The P.M.O. must be able to identify a problem and make the appropriate adjustments to the machinery when needed
• Setting up machines to start a production cycle
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on Line Two, D shift, which operates from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am on a rotational basis, including every other weekend.

Starting pay rate: $23.52/hour after 6 months the rate will increase to $24.12/hour. Shift differential of $1.50 per hour.
