Pharmacist

Duties - Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies - Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance - Develop and implement strategies to optimize pharmacy operations and improve patient service - Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate medication therapy management - Maintain accurate records of medications dispensed and inventory management - Provide counseling and education to patients on medication use and potential side effects - Stay updated on new medications, treatments, and developments in the pharmaceutical field Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy - Current pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical calculations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties and requirements.
