Key Responsibilities • Lead daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. • Provide personalized patient care, medication counseling, and customer support. • Manage staff, workflow, and scheduling to maintain a high standard of service. • Oversee inventory management, vendor relations, and purchasing. • Drive business growth with innovative ideas and community outreach. • Prepare for a structured ownership transition with guidance and support. Qualifications • ActivePharmacist Licensein the state of Illinois (required). • Strong business acumen and interest inentrepreneurship / ownership transition. • Previous retail or community pharmacy experience preferred. • Excellent leadership, communication, and patient care skills. • Ability to build strong relationships within the community.
