Job Summary Baptist Medical Center is currently looking to add a Pharmacist to our Pharmacy at Baptist Clay located in Fleming Island, FL.This is a full time, evening shift, working 7 on, 7 off from 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM. As the Pharmacist, you will be responsible for: • Enters orders with great accuracy. • Checks technician work for accuracy prior to release of medications and solutions to the floor. • Supervises technicians and serves on committees as assigned. • Answers questions for all health care professionals. • Serves as a consultant for members of the medical staff. • Monitors patient therapy as assigned, including pharmacokinetics service.
