Responsibilities Responsibilities include distribution, drug therapy monitoring, education and supervisory functions. Must collaborate with others, organize well, accomplish tasks, solve problems and communicate effectively. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span. The ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and appropriately interpret information relative to the patient's age-specific needs is required. Qualifications • Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) Degree required. • Hospital experience desirable.Current license to practice pharmacy in the State of Arizona. Exemption Status Exempt Compensation Detail $115,960 -$173,992 Benefits Eligible Yes Schedule Full Time Hours/Pay Period 80 Schedule Details Standard evening shift is 1400 to 2230, start time may vary by an hour in either direction based upon scheduled work assignment. Five eight-hour shifts per week. Weekend Schedule Every other weekend required.
