Pharmacist Hours • Full-Time – 2 openings • Position 1: Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm • Position 2: Monday – Friday, 12:00pm – 8:00pm Pharmacist Compensation • The pay for this position is $62.00 an hour • Benefits are available to full-time employees • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees. Pharmacist Responsibilities • Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Reassess patient progress regularly and adapt plans as needed • Collaborate with the treatment team, patient, and family on care and progress • Consult with physicians on patient status and discharge planning • Recommend and assist with adaptive equipment to improve patient function • Maintain accurate documentation for evaluations, treatments, and billing • Adhere to HIPAA and all regulatory/professional standards • Supervise PTAs and therapy aides in accordance with state regulations • Participate in ongoing education and internal training programs Pharmacist Requirements • Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
