Peoples Rx is a locally-owned, holistic compounding pharmacy that has served the Austin community for over 40 years. As a pharmacist with Peoples Rx, you will join our dynamic team of technicians and our pharmacists who average well over a decade of celebrating the journey with Peoples Rx. The ideal candidate has the ability to work promptly with precision in a fast-paced, retail environment while serving our customers with compassion and care. Responsibilities: • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and compliance with legal requirements. • Provide expert pharmaceutical and nutraceutical advice to patients, addressing their questions and concerns. • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapies and patient outcomes. • Conduct medication reviews and counseling sessions to promote proper usage and adherence. • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to deliver exceptional care. • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative pharmacy services.
