Pharmacist Overview: Elements Pharmacy is a Vaccine Specialty Pharmacy specializing in administering ACIP-recommended vaccines to people ages 6 months and older. A collaborative practice agreement is in place for ACIP vaccines administered to people <3 years old. Our mission is to continue building a robust vaccination program both at the pharmacy and via mobile vaccination clinics servicing vulnerable populations throughout the state of CA including long-term care facilities, schools, community events, shelters, etc. We are looking for passionate pharmacists to join our team of mobile vaccinators! Duties: - Participate in the mobile vaccination clinic program, providing vaccine clinics at offsite locations - Participate in providing ACIP-recommended vaccines to Elements Pharmacy patients Skills: - Proficiency in patient care - Knowledge and willingness to become familiar with ACIP recommended vaccines for adults - Willing to vaccinate children under 3 years old as part of the pharmacy's collaborative practice agreement - Pharmacist Immunization Certification, current BLS and required CE in place -Willing to drive / fly to all areas of CA retuning the same day Join the Elements Pharmacy team and contribute to our mission of improving preventative care!
