Position Overview Phil is seeking a highly experiencedPharmacy Managerto lead and oversee the operations of our pharmacy inScottsdale, AZ. This role will be responsible for managing a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians while ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant processing of medications for patients. Reporting to theVice President of Operations, the Pharmacy Manager will ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and high standards of patient care within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Team Leadership & Supervision:Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight for pharmacists, technicians, and support staff. • Regulatory Compliance:Ensure adherence to all federal and state pharmacy laws, including proper handling of controlled substances, accurate record-keeping, and audit readiness. • Staff Development:Promote ongoing learning and best practices across the pharmacy team to support performance and growth. • Operational Performance:Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor financial health, and implement improvements to drive efficiency. • Resolution:Act as escalation owner for issues that require interdepartmental coordination, cross-system resolution, or root cause analysis.
