Photo Editing QA Team Lead

About the role:

With our global footprint and hyper-growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow the quality and quantity of the photo editors in our Manila office. As an Operations QA Team Lead (Photo Editing), you will create and implement strategies to improve the quality of the visual content that we provide to customers. You will be challenged to manage an in-house team of creative professionals responsible for bringing out the full potential of all the visual content generated on the Snappr platform, both shoots completed by our Partner Photographers worldwide, as well as images generated by our AI Operations team. 

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to established processes.
• Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Communicate with Senior Operations Manager/s and Head of Operations to ensure projects are on track.
• Monitor and produce regular performance reports

What you'll need:

• At least 4-5 years of experience in photography and photo editing 
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Experience in high-volume image management 
• Comfortable working in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated experience in driving and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
