What You'll Do: • Confidently engage with guests, take high-quality photos and videos, andupsell digital and printed memories. • Animate and direct guests with enthusiasm—don’t be shy! • Operate walkabout cameras and touchscreen registers like a pro (we’ll train you!). • Deliver top-tier customer service and keep the energy high throughout your shift. • Work indoors on your feet in afast-paced, fun environment. • Occasionally lift boxes up to 10lbs during restocks and deliveries. You’re a Great Fit If You: • Have abig personality, love to perform, and don’t mind projecting your voice in a loud, fast-paced setting. • Are a natural at connecting with people andclosing a sale. • Havesome retail or sales experience(or are eager to learn) and are motivated by hitting sales targets. • Are aHarry Potter superfanwho knows your Horcruxes from your Hippogriffs. • Are reliable, flexible, and able to commit to3–4 shifts/week, including weekdays & weekends. • Are at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. • Bonus:Bilingual speakersand those with experience in attractions, entertainment, or hospitality are highly encouraged to apply!
